As a UCaaS Product Manager, you will define product vision, manage strategy, conduct market research, and collaborate with teams on product launches.
Sangoma, a pioneer in business communications solutions, is seeking an experienced UCaaS Product Manager to join our innovative team. Sangoma is dedicated to empowering businesses with essential communications through our innovative Unified Communications, UCaaS, CCaaS, VoIP, and Hybrid solutions, improving connectivity and streamlining communication for organizations of all sizes. As a UCaaS Product Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping the direction of our UCaaS products, driving product strategy, roadmap development, and market positioning.
Your Role- Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our UCaaS solutions.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and opportunities for innovation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, and marketing, to successfully launch new products and features.
- Create and maintain detailed product requirements and specifications based on input from stakeholders.
- Act as a key point of contact for product-related inquiries and provide training and support to sales teams.
- Monitor product performance post-launch, gather user feedback, and implement enhancements to improve customer satisfaction.
- Ensure alignment of product strategy with business objectives and revenue goals.
Requirements
Your Background
- Minimum of five years of related product management experience, preferably in UCaaS or telecommunications sectors.
- Strong understanding of telecommunications technologies, particularly VoIP and unified communications.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing complex technology products.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong project management skills, with experience using Agile methodologies.
- Familiarity with product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) and analytics platforms.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA preferred.
