BitGo is the leading infrastructure provider of digital asset solutions, delivering custody, wallets, staking, trading, financing, and settlement services from regulated cold storage. Since our founding in 2013, we have focused on enabling our clients to securely navigate the digital asset space. With a global presence and multiple Trust companies, BitGo serves thousands of institutions, including many of the industry's top brands, exchanges, and platforms, and millions of retail investors worldwide. As the operational backbone of the digital economy, BitGo handles a significant portion of Bitcoin network transactions and is the largest independent digital asset custodian, and staking provider, in the world. We believe that the world is moving on-chain, and the number of teams, projects, and startups operating on-chain will only continue to grow. BitGo’s DNA has always been to enable builders. We take great pride in working with some of the best crypto teams in the industry and are deeply committed to crafting tools that empower teams—large and small—to operate nimbly and manage their on-chain operations efficiently.

Right now, we have a product that helps crypto projects manage their token lockups for investors and employees, already securing billions in value. But we’re not stopping here. We see a broader vision where we seamlessly integrate our staking, trading, lending, borrowing, and tax reporting products into this experience—turning it into the most compelling operating system for on-chain teams.

To achieve this, we need to set the industry standard for what a great crypto-native product looks like and design the most effective go-to-market strategy possible.

About the Role

We are looking for a Product Manager, Token Management to take our current product and turn it into a platform. You’ll work closely with crypto founders, protocol teams, and DAOs to deeply understand their lifecycle, challenges, and needs, and use those insights to build products, features, and services that provide real value.

This role is full-time onsite in our San Francisco or New York offices to enable fast decision-making, collaboration, and innovation.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and motivate a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, and GTM teams to build best-in-class token management solutions.
  • Work closely with crypto founders, DAOs, and protocol teams to deeply understand their pain points and craft solutions that integrate seamlessly into their workflows.
  • Own the product roadmap, strategy, and execution, ensuring alignment with BitGo’s broader on-chain ecosystem vision.
  • Define key success metrics and continuously iterate on adoption, usability, and business impact.
  • Evangelize the product, meeting with crypto teams worldwide to understand their needs, solve their problems, and drive adoption.
  • Drive product innovation, ensuring our token management tools stay ahead of the market in security, compliance, and functionality.

Who Would Be a Great Fit

  • 4+ years of product management experience in fintech, blockchain, or related fields.
  • Deep understanding of token lifecycles, vesting schedules, and on-chain financial operations.
  • Prior experience working with crypto founders, DAOs, or protocol teams—or, better yet, having founded a project yourself.
  • Experience taking a product from early-stage to a fully mature, widely adopted solution.
  • Hands-on mentality—you thrive in fast-moving environments, getting into the details when necessary.
  • Passion for bringing digital assets to the forefront of the global economy.
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills, with the ability to balance long-term strategy with fast execution.

Why Join BitGo?

Disrupting an industry takes vision, innovation, passion, technical chops, drive to deliver, collaboration, and execution. Join a team of great people who strive for excellence and personify our corporate values of ownership, craftsmanship, and open communication. We are looking for new colleagues who bring innovative ways of thinking and problem solving, and who want risks to be part of the team that changes the world’s financial markets.

We offer:

  • Competitive base salary, bonus and stock options
  • 100% company paid health insurance for employee, partner and dependents
  • Paid parental leave, paid vacation
  • Free custom lunches, dinners and snacks
  • Computer equipment and workplace furniture to suit your needs
