This role is responsible for the primary landing page and navigation layer across the core selling experience. You will shape the “front door” that sellers rely on daily to understand performance, own inventory, take fulfillment actions, and resolve issues. This is one of the most highly trafficked surfaces in the seller journey.
You will lead a dedicated cross functional pod driving modernization of this flagship experience across native and web, evolving it into a scalable, extensible platform that brings structure to complex seller workflows and information systems.Your work will directly impact seller efficiency, marketplace liquidity, and overall seller happiness.
What You Will Accomplish:
Own and evolve the primary seller landing page and navigation framework, ensuring clarity, actionability, and scalability across web and native experiences.
Modernize a high-visibility surface into a cohesive experience built to support inventory management, fulfillment workflows, and performance optimization.
Bring structure to complex seller information systems by designing intuitive dashboards, surfacing critical metrics, and prioritizing actions that drive business outcomes.
Improve discoverability and usability across core seller workflows through thoughtful information architecture and navigation design.
Partner cross-functionally with engineering, design, analytics, research, and policy to deliver solutions that balance user experience, system complexity, and operational constraints.
What you will bring:
5+ years of product management experience working with dedicated Agile scrum teams and shipping customer-facing software across web and/or native platforms.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Finance, or a similar area (MBA considered an asset), or equivalent practical experience.
Experience building structured, customer-facing dashboards or operational tooling in sophisticated domains (e.g., marketplace, merchant tools, logistics, WMS, 3PL, inventory management).
Demonstrated ability to bring clarity and structure to complex information systems, including navigation frameworks
Strong product design proficiency, with hands-on experience partnering with designers, wireframing, and producing mockups.
Comfort working in situations that require systems to scale across various user segments (e.g., C2C through enterprise sellers).
