Job Description:

We are seeking an exceptional B2B Product Manager to lead our flagship platform through a transformative phase. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of deciphering and optimizing complex workflows, coupled with a passion for creating intuitive, user-friendly experiences that delight even the most change-resistant users.

As a key player in our high-growth environment, you'll own major platform initiatives with high visibility across our client base. We have an ambitious roadmap that needs someone with vision to execute on it. We're looking for a strategic thinker with outstanding communication skills, deep empathy, and a drive to effect meaningful change. Your ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting and deliver results under pressure will be crucial. Your ability to take things in stride and with a sense of humor will be appreciated.

Responsibilities: 

  • Become the go-to expert on our market, users, and their pain points
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and competitive threats
  • Develop and champion a long-term product vision, creating strategies to achieve it
  • Develop, prioritize, and maintain the roadmap for your products
  • Prioritize features ruthlessly, balancing sales needs, strategic business objectives, and long-term platform health
  • Lead the transformation of complex workflows into delightful user journeys without compromising functionality
  • Spearhead go-to-market plans, including product launches, messaging, and sales enablement
  • Collaborate with Product Designers to integrate user research and data analysis, identifying opportunities for platform modernization
  • Work closely with product owners to communicate customer problems, product requirements, and success criteria

Requirements and Skills: 

  • 3+ years experience working as a product manager in a B2B SaaS business.
  • Experience with Agile development processes, writing user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Demonstrated ability to break down complex B2B workflows into simple, intuitive steps.
  • Experience with user journey mapping and persona development for enterprise products.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on balancing user needs and business objectives.
  • Familiarity with UX research methodologies and usability testing techniques
  • Excellent speaking and presentation skills.
  • Data-driven decision-making experience
  • Great track record of working with sales, customers, customer success, engineering, and design teams: people should want to work with you again
