Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated and strategic Product Manager to join our Integrations team. This is a full-time role focused on the business side of Flare's integration ecosystem — building and managing our integration marketplace, cultivating partner and customer relationships, and ensuring the right things get built to drive adoption and revenue.

You will define the product vision and roadmap for how Flare connects to customers' existing security stacks, work closely with partners and customers to understand their needs, and collaborate with engineering to translate business priorities into shipped integrations. You'll also help shape Flare's emerging MCP (Model Context Protocol) strategy as AI-native integrations become a growing part of the ecosystem.

Company Description

Flare provides a cutting-edge Threat Exposure Management (TEM) solution that helps organizations proactively identify, prioritize, and mitigate security risks. By continuously scanning the clear web, dark web, and threat actor communities 24/7, Flare delivers actionable intelligence to enhance security efforts. The platform is designed for seamless integration into existing security programs within just 30 minutes, offering a streamlined alternative to multiple SaaS and open-source tools. Organizations trust Flare to simplify threat management and strengthen their cybersecurity defenses.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience managing a technology marketplace, partner program, or integration ecosystem — you know how to build and sustain win-win relationships with technology partners
  • Strong business acumen: you think in terms of adoption, revenue impact, and partner economics, not just feature delivery
  • Familiarity with SIEM, SOAR, EDR/XDR, or ITDR platforms and how security teams use them operationally; experience with tools like Sentinel, Splunk, or comparable platforms is a strong asset
  • Comfort with API and integration concepts, including emerging standards like MCP (Model Context Protocol); you don't need to write code, but you can hold a technical conversation
  • Product Management and strategic planning skills, including developing product roadmaps and influencing without direct authority
  • Strong relationship-building skills — with partners, customers, and internal stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Located in Canada or USA

What it’s like to be part of Flare:

  • You will find a people-first company where work-life balance is valued. You’ll receive:
    • Competitive salary
    • Stock options
    • Health coverage/insurance
    • Flexible, work from anywhere
    • Unlimited vacation
    • Fun company events; “Flamping”, curling, rock climbing and many others
  • You will join a high-growth, innovative start up where you’ll see your impact immediately and be empowered to take on challenges for your personal and professional growth
  • You will work with an inspiring and award-winning team who are passionate about what they do and the clients we serve, whose work has been referenced in leading academic journals and international media

Don’t meet every single requirement? Studies have shown that women and people of color are less likely to apply to jobs unless they meet every single qualification. At Flare we are dedicated to building a diverse, inclusive and authentic workplace, so if you’re excited about this role but your past experience doesn’t align perfectly with every qualification in the job description, we encourage you to apply anyways. You may be just the right candidate for this or other roles.
