At HSO, we’re looking for a Product Manager to join HSO Studio - our global product development team. As part of this dynamic team, you’ll have the opportunity to solve complex problems creatively, shape industry-leading products, and work with an exceptionally talented global group of engineers, designers, and product experts.

In this role, you will help define and deliver the vision, strategy, and roadmap for a portfolio of global products. You will work closely with a Senior Product Manager, who provides strategic oversight across our Professional Services CRM and Power Platform/CE product suite. This position offers a strong growth trajectory, with the potential to step into a product leadership role in the future.

As a Product Manager, you’ll collaborate with industry leaders, product marketing, business development teams, Microsoft, and key strategic customers to deliver solutions that drive measurable business impact. You will also help elevate the maturity of our product development organization by applying your experience in effective product management practices, engineering methodologies, and modern ways of working.

Key Responsibilities

Market & Customer Insights

  • Partner with industry leaders, business development, marketing, and Microsoft to shape go-to-market strategies.
  • Gather feedback from customers and internal teams to identify customer needs and to validate early designs.
  • Use data-driven insights to inform product decisions and strategy.

Product Strategy & Roadmap

  • Define and communicate a clear product vision aligned with customer needs and business goals.
  • Build and prioritize the product roadmap collaboratively with stakeholders.
  • Recommend innovative ideas based on market validity, customer value, and technical feasibility.
  • Work with Product Marketing and Support to create collateral for education, sales enablement, and adoption.
  • Identify and define new product features and functionalities that solve customer problems.

Strategic Direction for Development

  • Translate roadmap priorities into actionable requirements and user stories for the Product Architect and developers.
  • Ensure the product development team is focused on designing, building, testing and releasing against strategically prioritized product roadmap.
  • Track progress, manage backlog prioritization, and address issues to ensure successful releases.

Deliver Business Value

  • Monitor pipeline and financial performance, adjusting strategy as needed.
  • Drive profitability and growth for assigned products globally.
  • Prepare business cases for continued investment and resource planning.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • 3+ years’ experience working in cross-functional, globally distributed product development teams and/or engineering teams.
  • Experience with CRM product development - preferably Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft technology stack (Azure, Dynamics 365, Power Platform).
  • Proven ability to collaborate with engineers, business leaders, and customers.
  • Experience in customer-facing roles with a focus on problem-solving and innovation.
  • Strong understanding of modern product discovery and delivery techniques; proficiency in DevOps tools.
  • Experience in professional services industries.
  • Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and drive revenue growth.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally across global regions (North America, Europe, and India).
