About Parallelz

Parallelz is building a new way for mobile apps and games to reach users. Our platform transforms native mobile apps into fully-native web experiences in real-time, without any SDKs, code changes, or engineering effort from the developer.

We are a venture-backed, deeply technical team building category-defining infrastructure for the mobile ecosystem. We are also an AI-forward company: we believe the next generation of product and engineering teams will be defined by how thoughtfully they embed AI and agentic workflows into how they build, ship, and go to market, and we are designing the company accordingly.

About the Role

Parallelz is hiring a Product Manager, Growth & Partnerships to help shape how our platform reaches the developers, publishers, and partners defining the next era of mobile gaming. This is a hybrid product and commercial role that sits at the intersection of the customer, the platform, and the roadmap, and works directly with the leadership team to convert market signals into product clarity and commercial momentum.

You will own pilots end to end: framing the opportunity with a partner, scoping the solution with engineering, and carrying the resulting insight back into the product. You will also be a core practitioner of AI-native ways of working, using AI and agentic systems to expand the surface area of research, outreach, customer development, and product execution well beyond what a traditional PM could cover alone.

What You'll Do
  • Own the partner lifecycle end to end, from first conversation through signed pilot, launch, and early expansion, with developers, publishers, and platform partners across the mobile ecosystem
  • Translate customer insight into product, working closely with engineering to scope pilots, write clear requirements, and ship the capabilities our partners need
  • Deploy AI-first systems across outbound, research, customer development, and operations to consistently surface the right partners and run a deeper motion than a traditional commercial team could
  • Partner with the CEO and the broader leadership team to build a repeatable acquisition and partnership playbook, including positioning, segmentation, and pricing
  • Establish the operational foundation of the commercial motion, including pipeline visibility, conversion analytics, partner reporting, and the dashboards that tell us what is working
  • Serve as the internal voice of the customer, feeding structured market insight and revenue-backed feature requests into the product roadmap
  • Lead outward marketing and category presence, including AI-augmented content, positioning narratives, and representing Parallelz at industry events and conferences

RequirementsMust-Haves
  • Experience in gaming, mobile ad tech, or mobile platform and infrastructure, in a role where you have owned partnerships, pilots, or product with external customers
  • A demonstrated ability to both close partners and translate their needs into product specifications that engineering can execute against
  • Strong product instincts and the judgement to scope, prioritize, and drive delivery alongside a small engineering team
  • Fluency with AI tools and agentic workflows, and a track record of using them to meaningfully expand what you are able to deliver
  • Strong quantitative skills and first-principles thinking
  • Sharp written and verbal communication, with credibility in front of senior developers, publishers, and partners
  • Comfort with the ambiguity, pace, and ownership of an early-stage startup environment
Nice-to-Haves
  • Existing relationships with decision makers at mobile game studios, publishers, or platforms
  • Experience as an early product or commercial hire at a startup, where you built the playbook rather than inherited one
  • Technical familiarity with the mobile or web gaming ecosystem

Benefits
  • Group Retirement Savings Plan matching and participation
  • Comprehensive benefits package (health, dental, vision), including Health and Wellness spending account
  • Generous time off policies
  • Access to leading AI tools and platforms
