Synopsis of the role

We are looking for a results-driven Product Manager- commercial solutions with a mastery of the end-to-end product lifecycle, from initial Market Opportunity Assessment to global portfolio growth. Expert in leveraging industry and competitive knowledge to socialize high-potential opportunities and validate concepts through direct Voice of Customer engagement. A strategic partner skilled in data-driven decision-making, I specialize in defining complex product requirements—evaluating build, buy, or partner pathways—while facilitating the development of commercial models and multi-year roadmaps. With a relentless focus on execution, I bridge the gap between technical product development and commercial success, partnering with cross-functional stakeholders in Sales and D&A to monitor KPIs, optimize revenue margins, and drive informed lifecycle decisions from launch to sunsetting.

What you’ll do

  • Market Opportunity Assessment - Drive and socialize overall Market Understanding including market analysis and industry research; Evaluate competitive landscape and utilize understanding of competitors to identify and articulate high-potential opportunities; Conduct market validation through review and testing of concepts with existing and prospective customers (voice of customer, customer advisory)

  • Product Definition - Assess opportunities for, and own development of, strategic partnerships; Define product requirements considering market needs, build, buy, partner approaches; Facilitate development of commercial model and packaging discussions

  • Product Strategy & Planning - Understand and communicate the product vision; Support development of business cases and define product roadmap used in product strategy and planning sessions across the Product Delivery Value Stream; Track attainment of objectives through Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Product Delivery & Launch - Provide descriptions and write requirements definition for product development; Prepare for and support product release; Contribute to prioritization of opportunities & product trade-offs

  • Growth & Portfolio Management  - Track, monitor and ensure effective performance of the product including attainment of revenue and margin objectives; Manage product offerings to ensure new capabilities meet customer/market needs; Collect, analyze and interpret data to reach conclusions and/or present insights and findings to drive product lifecycle management decisions including enhancements and sunsetting; Partner with internal stakeholders (i.e., D&A, Sales, etc.) throughout the product life cycle.

What experience you need

  • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline strongly preferred; equivalent experience may be considered

  • 5-7 years of product management or business analyst experience working in a product-led organization within Technology, Financial Services or Data & Analytics required

  • Demonstrated working experience using Agile methodologies and/or project management methodologies required

  • Experience writing detailed product requirements is fundamental and required and must demonstrate a solid understanding of what we are building, who we are building it for, why it’s important and how it is being used to solve problems (ROI)

  • Demonstrated ability to organize and coordinate efforts in a highly matrixed environment 

  • Demonstrated understanding of delivering cloud-based products and services strongly preferred

  • Experience in Product tools preferable (Aha, JIRA, Figma) 

  • Experience demonstrating Design Thinking for innovation is a plus (Use creative design thinking to develop innovative business solutions; Apply creative and analytical tools to develop real solutions for real needs, including personas, empathy mapping, prototyping and iteration models.)
