Position Overview:
We’re looking for a Product Manager to support and scale our enterprise-grade CMS platform, designed for multi-site organizations managing hundreds of digital properties. You’ll help enhance our SaaS solution by refining workflows, improving usability, and driving the development of features that matter most to our clients—like centralized content management, performance dashboards, and scalable templates.
This role is ideal for a PM who enjoys working on a live platform, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and aligning client needs with practical, impactful improvements.

ShyftLabs is a growing data product company that was founded in early 2020 and works primarily with Fortune 500 companies. We deliver digital solutions built to help accelerate the growth of businesses in various industries, by focusing on creating value through innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the evolution of an existing CMS platform serving hundreds of client sites
  • Work closely with engineering, design, and data teams to refine features and enhance the platform’s capabilities
  • Partner with client stakeholders to gather feedback, define requirements, and prioritize updates
  • Contribute to the optimization of workflows, role-based access controls, and site publishing processes
  • Help manage the delivery of data dashboards and analytics features that empower marketing and operational teams
  • Own product documentation, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release coordination
  • Monitor usage metrics and user feedback to guide ongoing product improvements
  • Act as a liaison between internal teams and clients to ensure continued value delivery post-launch

Basic & Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of product management experience, ideally with SaaS or CMS-based platforms
  • Experience working with live digital products and iterating based on feedback
  • Familiarity with content management workflows, SEO best practices, and site governance models
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills across technical and non-technical teams
  • Comfortable navigating agile environments and remote cross-functional collaboration
  • Experience in multi-location industries (e.g., retail, healthcare, veterinary, or franchise organizations)
  • Familiarity with tools like Contentful, WordPress VIP, or enterprise CMS systems
  • Proficiency in Figma, Jira, Confluence, or similar product and design tools

We are proud to offer a competitive salary alongside a strong healthcare insurance and benefits package. The role is hybrid in Toronto, with 2+ days per week spent in our downtown office. We pride ourselves on the growth of our employees, offering extensive learning and development resources.

ShyftLabs is an equal-opportunity employer committed to creating a safe, diverse, and inclusive environment. We encourage qualified applicants of all backgrounds including ethnicity, religion, disability status, gender identity, sexual orientation, family status, age, nationality, and education levels to apply. If you are contacted for an interview and require accommodation during the interviewing process, please let us know.
