About the company

At Headstart our mission is to bring companies into the age of intelligence and automate software development. We are the team behind the coding agent Friday and are building frontier applied AI technologies including agent orchestration, memory, and more.

We specialize in solving problems with the latest LLM capabilities that deliver measurable outcomes and breakthrough results for organizations in many different industries. As the technology continues to advance at an unprecedented rate, we provide companies with custom software solutions and a suite of tools to stay ahead of the intelligence curve.

About the team

We are a lean, high-velocity team that ships breakthrough AI capabilities at startup speed. We work directly with our users, iterate rapidly, and measure success by the real-world impact we create for our clients. We believe that simplicity and engineering fundamentals are more important than ever in an AI driven world.

About the role
  • Define and execute product strategy and vision for enterprise and AI-powered workflows — balancing scalable platform evolution with rapid innovation

  • Own delivery end-to-end — from user story definition through launch, including product specifications, metrics, packaging, and GTM coordination

  • Develop frameworks for quick validation of new vertical AI solutions, foster consistency across deployments, and identify patterns for broader product evolution

  • Establish and track core success metrics– engagement, retention, adoption–and iterate based on data

  • Successfully deliver complex technical projects against tight deadlines

Your background
  • 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or enterprise AI/workflow solutions

  • Strong technical fluency — comfortable with AI/ML technologies, APIs, data analytics, and user interfaces

  • Demonstrated track record owning full product lifecycle — from discovery to launch and continual optimization

  • Proven ability to engage enterprise customers — conducting research, identifying pain points, and tailoring AI-driven solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes

  • Strong data-driven decision-making — proficiency in defining metrics, interpreting analytics, and steering roadmap priorities accordingly

  • Excellent client-facing and cross-functional communication

Note: Even if you don't meet all the requirements, we still encourage you to apply. This role offers extensive benefits, a base salary ranging from $185,000 - $250,000 USD, plus competitive equity compensation and 401k match.
