Role Overview:

We are searching for a Product Management Lead, a role focused on working closely with development teams, gathering product requirements, prioritizing feature implementation, conducting user research, and envisioning the end state customer experience. Your mission: leading priorities from end-to-end. You will drive the successful execution of new features and shape the product through iterations of development cycles, user research, user acceptance, and live releases to production. 


Responsibilities will include:


● Lead and manage a team of product managers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to team members, fostering their professional growth

● Strong execution skills, owning the problem space and solving ambiguous problems that support the product strategy

● Own outcomes that address ambiguous problems and customer needs with accountability for both execution and direction of projects

● Define, build, market, and launch product solutions by synthesizing high level insights from research, market gaps, or cutting-edge technical insights to independently build a compelling narrative, vision, and roadmap in support of the group strategy or direction

● Build consensus with senior leaders and influence cross-functional groups and are the subject-matter specialist for your domain with an established mastery and deep understanding of users, markets, competitive landscape, user insights and technologies

● Envision and communicate the end state customer experience to guide the product's development

● Ensure product metrics are at the center of our decision making process to identify areas for improvement

● Own quality assurance for and controls on the user experience product ensuring a consistent world class experience


Who you are:

● Proven experience as a senior product manager, preferably in a leadership or management roleStrong leadership skills with the ability to lead and inspire a team

● Startup experience or a strong passion for working in a startup environment

● Demonstrated passion for user experience, digital design, and technology

● Experience working with Jira/Notion or similar project management software

● Strong execution skills with the ability to start and finish projects end-to-end

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


Bonus:

● Experience working with a SaaS platform

● Experience working in Crypto or financial services

● Experience with web development or cloud platforms
