Who You Will Work With:

We are looking for a Product Management Intern to join our Verified product team for the Summer 2026 term (May–August). This internship offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in product strategy, research, and analysis while collaborating with cross-functional teams. If you’re curious, adaptable, and passionate about shaping ideas into actionable outcomes, this role is for you!

You will work closely with product managers, engineers, designers, and business stakeholders to contribute to shaping product features, gathering insights, and driving key initiatives.

Please note: There are two similar but different Product Management Intern job postings available. Those studying social sciences, business and/or analytics are strongly encouraged to apply to this role as the ideal candidate has strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

What You Will Do:

  • Support the Product team in day-to-day activities with stakeholder groups (squads, engineering, marketing, and design) to address product-related issues and concerns.

  • Provide support to the product roadmap by defining requirements, conducting research, and assisting squads to deliver corporate objectives.

  • Assist with general product programs and initiatives, including participation in squad activities (sprints), documenting requirements, and contributing to the product roadmap.

  • Conduct market research and analyze user feedback to identify opportunities for product improvements.

  • Help track product performance metrics and analyze data to inform decision-making.

  • Prepare clear, data-driven presentations and documentation for stakeholders.

  • Research, analyze, and maintain information systems in support of the product roadmap using tools like Jira, Figma, and other product tools.

What You Bring:

  • Currently completing an undergraduate degree from a recognized Canadian institution in Political Science, Philosophy, Economics, Business Administration/Commerce, Data Analytics, or a related field.

  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to collaborate in a cross-functional environment and work independently.

  • Familiarity with product development processes and agile methodologies.

  • Ability to conduct market research, competitor analysis, and synthesize insights into actionable recommendations.

  • A strong growth mindset—you’re willing to learn outside your main expertise to meet team goals.

  • Understanding that success is in the details—you notice things others don’t.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI, MS Teams).

  • Experience with product management tools like Jira/Confluence, Figma, Lucidchart, or Tableau is an asset.

  • Although not required, familiarity or previous experience with:

  • Product management or business analysis functions.

  • Agile methodologies.

  • Primary and/or secondary research, pricing and financial analysis, and/or consulting.

What We’re Offering:
