Job Summary

AI is reshaping both the products we build and how we build them. Ideas, prototypes, and software can now be generated faster than ever. As building becomes easier, the challenge shifts to identifying the right problems and driving meaningful impact quickly.


We are seeking experienced product builders with strong judgment, product taste, and a bias toward experimentation who collaborate deeply and care relentlessly about delivering real value.


Responsibilities

  • Own one or more product domains and the outcomes they deliver
  • Dive deep into operational, technical, and user context and simplify that complexity into clear solutions for users and partners
  • Identify high-leverage product problems and translate them into clear product hypotheses
  • Work closely with data, design, and engineering to turn hypotheses into working software
  • Use AI tools across the product stack to explore ideas, prototype solutions, and accelerate iteration
  • Understand the limitations and tradeoffs of AI-powered user experiences
  • Run experiments and product iterations, ship improvements quickly, and learn from real usage
  • Build systems across workflows, data, and internal platforms used across the company
  • Share insights and learnings that help the team continuously improve how products are built
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications 

  • 7+ years of product management experience building and shipping software products
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience
  • Track record of taking products from early exploration through scale (0→1 and 2→10)
  • Hands-on experience building and shipping software with engineering and design teams
  • Strong judgment, product taste, and bias toward experimentation
  • Ability to identify meaningful problems and translate them into impactful product solutions
  • Experience shipping AI-enabled products or features and using modern AI tools in product development
  • Ability to work across the full product lifecycle through enterprise scale
  • Strong collaboration skills across cross-functional teams and stakeholders

Pay Scale

  • $155,000 - $175,000 CAD per year
  • The final compensation within this range will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, skills, and overall fit for the role.
