Lead product development for Marble’s school mental healthcare solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance school partnerships and care coordination.
About the role
What you’ll do
Qualifications
Help transform mental healthcare for millions of kids nationwide as Marble’s next product leader. We're looking for a world-class PM to architect and scale our school experience. Working with a cross-functional team of engineering, operations, and design teammates, you’ll own Marble’s interface with schools at every step of the school partnership journey. This role sits at the heart of Marble’s mission to build a new mental healthcare system for kids, so if you are an ambitious product leader motivated by hard problems and real-world impact, we’d love to meet you.
Unlock access at the front line
- Enable counselors to refer students to care, track progress end-to-end, and collaborate directly with therapists so care is continuous across school and clinical settings.
Move Marble upstream within schools
- Today, Marble helps counselors refer students they’ve already identified. Tomorrow, Marble will help schools identify and act on needs earlier—before they become acute.
- This includes building toward more systematic screening, deeper presence within schools, and embedding into counselors’ everyday workflows so Marble is part of how needs are surfaced—not just how they’re acted on.
Turn counselors into active care team members
- Today, our product engages counselors with the updates they need to know. Tomorrow, Marble will move from tools that answer questions to systems that guide decisions—prompting counselors to take the right actions for the right students at the right time.
Requirements
- 6+ years in product management roles, ideally including enterprise-facing and consumer-facing
- Experience building products 0→1, and scaling products 1→10
- AI product experience
- NYC-based and able to work from our SoHo office 3+ days/week
Bonus
- Startup or early-stage experience is strongly preferred
- Prior experience in the healthtech space
Ideal traits
- 🔮 Psychic - Product Sense
- The ability to deeply understand consumer needs, behaviors, and pain points, often before customers can articulate them themselves. This includes skill in user research, pattern recognition across customer feedback, and an intuitive sense of what will resonate with target users.
- ♟️ Chess Master - Strategic Thinking
- The ability to focus on high-impact initiatives and say "no" to distractions. This includes balancing short-term wins with long-term vision, making tough trade-off decisions with limited resources, and maintaining focus on what truly matters.
- 🕵️ Detective — Analytical Thinking
- The ability to meticulously gather evidence, connect seemingly unrelated data points, distinguish signal from noise, and follow the trail of metrics to uncover hidden insights that others miss.
- 📜 Storyteller — Communication
- The ability to craft compelling narratives about the product vision, translate complex ideas into simple concepts, and tailor messages appropriately for different stakeholders (users, team members, investors).
- 🧑🔬 Catalyst - Urgency + Iteration
- The ability to design lightweight tests, validate hypotheses quickly, and iterate based on real user data. Knows how to test critical assumptions with minimal resources.
- Enables and elevates the people around them with strategic clarity, intentional feedback, and genuine empathy. A talent magnet.
