Our challenge

We are seeking a Product Lead will own the end-to-end delivery of the Doc Drafter Pod, working closely with business, legal, and technology stakeholders to define scope, prioritize features, and ensure alignment with client’s AIDEN platform. This role involves translating business requirements such as S-1 filings, NDAs, CIMs into structured workflows, establishing success metrics, and driving project execution. 

Additional Information* 

The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors.  In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within Toronto, ON is CAD $115k – CAD $125k/year & benefits (see below).

The Role

Responsibilities:

  • Ownership of Delivery: Oversee the planning, development, and deployment of the Doc Drafter Pod, ensuring delivery timelines and quality standards. 
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with business teams, legal departments, and technical units to gather requirements and align project priorities. 
  • Requirements Translation: Convert complex business needs into detailed, structured workflows suitable for automation and AI implementation. 
  • Workflow Design: Create efficient workflows that streamline document processes, ensure compliance, and improve operational efficiency. 
  • Performance Metrics: Define and track success metrics to measure the effectiveness of the Pod. 
  • Execution & Monitoring: Manage the execution process, monitor progress, and implement necessary adjustments. 
  • Governance & Risk Management: Ensure solutions adhere to governance standards, mitigate model risks, and comply with regulations. 
  • Validation & Auditability: Embed validation points, audit trails, and controls to facilitate transparency, validation, and regulatory audits. 
  • Production Readiness: Prepare solutions for scalable deployment, ensuring security, maintainability, and operational stability. 
  • Methodology: Apply Agile principles, including sprint cycles, planning, backlog management, and retrospectives. 
  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain thorough documentation and provide regular updates to stakeholders. 

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in product management within Capital Markets or financial services. 
  • Strong understanding of document workflows such as S-1 filings, NDAs, CIMs. 
  • Experience with AI/automation solutions in financial contexts.
  • Knowledge of governance, risk management, and compliance standards. 
  • Skilled in Agile project management methodologies. 
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills. 
  • Ability to translate complex business requirements into effective technical workflows.

Preferred, but not required:

  • Background working on regulatory, risk management, or front-office analytics initiatives.
