Job Summary
As a Product Designer at Enable, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience of our B2B SaaS product. Working closely with cross-functional teams including Product Management, Engineering, and Customer Success, you will design the end-to-end customer experience of the product.
What we are asking you to do!
- Collaborate with Product Management and subject matter experts to help identify the problem space, user journeys, and design requirements based on research.
- Design the end-to-end of the product user experience, such as translating complex technical concepts into intuitive user interface wireframes, and leveraging your expertise in interaction design, information architecture, and visual design.
- Continuously refine designs through stakeholder feedback, usability testing, and data to enhance user experience
- Work closely with Engineering teams to ensure the feasibility of design solutions and provide support throughout the implementation process.
- Champion and contribute to our design best practices and design systems.
What we are asking you to bring!
- 3+ years of experience in product design, with a focus on B2B SaaS products and complex technical solutions.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, FullStory and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong understanding of UI & UX, user research, prototyping, and information architecture.
- Good communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality designs within tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Portfolio showcasing your design process, problem-solving skills, and successful product implementations.
