Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced B2B Product Designer to join our team to play a critical role in shaping the future of our products.  Reporting to the Vice President of Product Management, this individual will work across our product offerings, contributing to intuitive, engaging, and delightful user experiences.  The ideal candidate will have excellent user interface design skills and strong experience in user testing and user experience (UX). As a Product Designer, you will interact directly with customers and work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and other team members, to ensure that the end-to-end user experience is seamless, efficient, and effective.  We want someone who’s experienced and comfortable with managing multiple projects in a fast-paced high-growth environment, who thrives on being given ownership and great responsibility.

Responsibilities: 

  • Own design projects from initiation through planning, requirements, implementation, and post-implementation reviews
  • Design strong, intuitive, elegant, and accessible interfaces for web and mobile applications supported through a test and learn process
  • Conduct user research and testing to gather insights and validate design decisions
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, customers, and other stakeholders to understand user needs and translate them into innovative design solutions
  • Create design specifications and pixel perfect designs (as necessary) and work with developers to ensure that designs are technically feasible and implemented accurately
  • Present and communicate concepts, designs, and prototypes to cross-functional team members, customers and other stakeholders with clarity
  • Create wireframes, mock-ups, and interactive prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts
  • Develop and maintain design guidelines and style guides to ensure consistency across all products
  • Use and expand/improving on our design system/components
  • Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers
  • Continuously iterate and improve designs based on user feedback and data-driven insights
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in design, UX, and technology to continually improve the user experience

Requirements and Skills: 

  • Diploma or degree in UX Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, Software Engineering, or something similar.
  • 3-5 years of years of experience as a Product Designer, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Experience utilizing design methodologies, conducting research and data analyses, prototyping, and stress and user testing
  • An eye for detail and visual design - strong knowledge of visual design principles, UI patterns, layout and execution for mobile and desktop platforms
  • Advanced proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar
  • Experience with user testing methodologies and tools
  • Demonstrated strategic product thinking and vision
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with a variety of stakeholders (internally and externally)
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
