The Product Designer will work closely with Product Management, Engineering, Pricing, Operations, and Business stakeholders to create intuitive, user-centered experiences that simplify complex workflows and improve customer outcomes. This role is ideal for a designer who enjoys solving complex business problems, conducting user research, and translating requirements into practical product experiences.

Primary Responsibilities:
User Research & Customer Understanding
- Participate in customer interviews and stakeholder discovery sessions
- Develop user personas and customer journey maps
- Analyze user feedback and identify opportunities to improve user experiences

Product Design
- Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes
- Design and deliver reseller self-service portals, contract management workflows, pricing and margin management experiences, reporting and analytics dashboards, and client onboarding workflows
- Ensure designs balance usability, efficiency, and business requirements
Collaboration & Delivery
- Partner closely with Product Managers to understand business requirements and priorities
- Collaborate with Engineering teams to ensure high-quality implementation of designs
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and product team activities
- Translate business requirements into clear and actionable design deliverables
Continuous Improvement
- Gather user feedback and recommend design enhancements
- Monitor adoption and usability metrics
- Identify opportunities to reduce user effort and improve workflow efficiency
- Contribute to design standards and reusable UI patterns

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, User Experience, or a related field
- Proven solid experience in Product Design, User Experience (UX) Design, Digital Design, or related disciplines
- Proven experience designing web-based business applications, enterprise applications, or Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) products
- Demonstrated proficiency in Figma or equivalent design tools
- Proven experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and user flows
- Demonstrated solid communication and collaboration skills
- Proven ability to work effectively with Product Managers, Engineers, and business stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proven experience working on business-to-business (B2B) or enterprise software products
- Proven experience within healthcare, insurance, pharmacy, financial services, or other regulated industries
- Proven experience designing analytics, reporting, or workflow-based applications
- Demonstrated familiarity with Agile product delivery practices
- Demonstrated knowledge of accessibility and inclusive design principles
