Responsibilities:

  • Assist in designing user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that enhance user experience.

  • Work closely with product managers, developers, and senior designers to contribute to new features and improvements.

  • Participate in user research, usability testing, and feedback sessions to refine design solutions.

  • Help maintain and evolve the company’s design system to ensure consistency across products.

  • Learn and apply UX/UI best practices while receiving mentorship and guidance from experienced designers.

  • Prepare design assets and documentation to support the development team.

  • Iterate on designs based on feedback from users, stakeholders, and team members

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field (or equivalent experience).

  • Basic proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools (we primarily use Figma).

  • A portfolio (academic, personal, or project-based) showcasing design work, user flows, or prototypes.

  • Understanding of fundamental UX/UI principles, interaction design, and visual design concepts.

  • Strong communication skills and willingness to learn from feedback.

  • Ability to collaborate in a team-oriented, iterative design process.

  • Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML/CSS) is a plus, but not required.
