Synopsis of the role

The Product Owner, Fraud & ID is responsible for developing and executing on strategic and technical product plans that will support full life-cycle product management including strategic direction, revenue and profitability performance and new product innovation leadership. Other key responsibilities include understanding and influencing company strategic direction, direct engagement with the marketplace to gather high quality voice of customer and voice of market, and executing on a long-term product portfolio strategy, inclusive of promotions, pricing and channel management.

What You'll do:

  • Manage the end-to-end release of key features, including requirement gathering, sprint-planning, and go-to-market campaigning.

  • Development and execution of a comprehensive product portfolio plan

  • Discover and validate market problems (both existing and future customers) while seeking new market opportunities by leveraging the company's distinctive competence

  • Work with Product Managers to convert strategic initiatives into technical requirements

  • Provide oversight of strategy, while collaborating to ensure technical, and marketing aspects align for all products in the portfolio

  • Create and maintain the business plan with active participation in NPI process and define key measurements of product line performance and success criteria

  • Determine buy/build/partner decisions in conjunctions with Fraud Consultant and strategy leads and product positioning and go-to-market strategy in collaboration with Product Marketing Managers

  • Work with Sales, Sales Performance, Consulting Services and Pricing to develop and achieve product revenue and profitability objectives

  • Portfolio management and overall strategy alignment of enhancements and packing of existing products
     

What Experience you Need

  • Minimum 3 years' experience of product, consulting, or technical development experience

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in strategic planning role(s) in a complex business environment

  • Exceptional business acumen

  • Strong understanding of agile principles

  • Strong project management skills
