Own and optimise local user journeys across Binance products by identifying funnel bottlenecks, launching experiments, configuring product content and localisation, building dashboards and tracking, analysing user behaviour, designing A/B tests, and coordinating local feature rollouts with cross-functional teams to improve activation, conversion, retention, and UX.
As a Product & Funnel Optimisation Manager, you will own the optimisation of the local user journey across Binance products. You will work closely with Product, Engineering, CRM, Design, and Marketing teams to improve activation, conversion, retention, and overall user experience.
You will be responsible for identifying funnel bottlenecks, launching experiments, configuring local product experiences, managing market-specific product content and localisation, and using data to drive continuous product improvements. This role requires a combination of analytical thinking, hands-on execution, and strong ownership.
Responsibilities
- Own the local product experience across Binance products.
- Optimise key user journeys, including onboarding, verification, deposits, trading, Earn, and other product funnels.
- Configure local product content, banners, landing pages, user-facing assets, and market-specific product settings through internal tools.
- Manage product localisation, translations, and language quality across all product touchpoints.
- Identify friction points across the user journey and recommend product improvements based on user behaviour and market insights.
- Build and maintain dashboards and tracking frameworks to monitor funnel health and product performance.
- Analyse product data and user behaviour to identify optimisation opportunities.
- Design and evaluate A/B tests together with Product teams to validate product improvements.
- Collect feedback from local users and stakeholders and represent market needs to Global Product teams.
- Support local rollout of new product features and ensure high-quality execution.
- Monitor product KPIs and continuously improve user experience through data-driven recommendations.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in Product Operations, Product Marketing, Product Growth, Product Analytics, CRO, or a similar role.
- Experience working with digital products, mobile apps, fintech, crypto, SaaS, or consumer technology.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret user behaviour and product performance data.
- Experience building dashboards, tracking frameworks, and performance reporting.
- Experience working with CMS, localisation platforms, or internal product configuration tools.
- Comfortable managing product copy, translations, language quality, and market-specific product configurations.
- Understanding of user journeys, UX principles, and funnel optimisation.
- Strong ownership mindset and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Native Russian and strong English communication skills.
