About the Role
As a Product Analyst, your mandate is to be a strategic thought partner to our Product Managers and Engineers — helping them make smarter, faster, and more evidence-based decisions. You’ll go beyond analysis to influence how we design, test, and scale product experiences that drive conversion, engagement, and retention.
The anticipated salary range for this role is $88,000 to $110,000 CAD per annum. The salary offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to years of experience within the job, years of experience within the required industry, education, etc.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Partner closely with Conversion and Retention Product Managers (and other PMs) to define success metrics, guide prioritization, and evaluate the impact of new features.
- Present insights in concise, visual, and strategic ways — influencing PMs, designers, and leadership.
- Proactively analyze data and bring insights and recommendations to the product managers you support
- Be a thought partner in the design and analysis experiments— ensuring hypotheses, metrics, and methodology are sound, and results are translated into clear product decisions.
- Use tools like Mixpanel to uncover how users engage, convert, and retain — surfacing insights that drive roadmap strategy.
- Conduct segmentation and cohort analyses to identify behavioral patterns, friction points, and opportunities to improve user experience and lifetime value.
- Build and maintain dashboards and self-serve tools that make product performance visible and actionable across teams.
Qualifications and Skills
- Strong Product Sense - you understand how features drive user behavior and can think beyond just reporting metrics.
- Proven experience with Mixpanel, Amplitude, Google Analytics, or equivalent tools
- Comfortable influencing product strategy and prioritization through evidence-based recommendations.
- Strong communication skills — can explain statistical results to non-technical audiences and guide decision-making
- Autonomy and self-direction — you’re comfortable with ambiguity, take ownership, and drive from hypothesis to measurable impact.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and/or Python to organize and analyze multiple large datasets
Nice to Haves
- Experience with experimentation tools like Statsig, eppo etc
- Familiarity with data pipeline design, instrumentation, and event tracking to ensure accuracy and scalability.
- Experience applying Causal Inference methods to solve problems
