As a Product Analyst in Retail Lending Solutions (RLS), you will be responsible to verify and certify the product and pricing by using multiple data and analysis techniques and contribute to the success of the RLS Product team. In addition, you will support and cross-functional product team execution, meeting project milestones dates and where needed escalating issues.
HERE’S HOW YOU’LL CONTRIBUTE:
- Develop, establish and execute product and pricing analysis including pricing, value and functional analysis for existing and new products
- Work with areas across RLS to develop and update forecasting models and develop new ways to track profitability and customer value.
- Participates in assigned projects and acts as the product and pricing SME
- Identify and research issues with supported analysis and propose solutions
- Ensure that products owned, and applications managed meet business requirements and systems goals, fulfill end-user requirements, and identify existing or potential issues.
- Review and organize reporting and ensure this is communicated to stakeholders in a timely fashion
- Assist with special projects including process improvement initiatives
- Ensure product process are documented in an easy to follow manner
HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL BRING:
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to create and execute data analysis
- Demonstrated experience (3–5 years) as a data/reporting analyst
- Experience with data mining/business intelligence and reporting tools ( i.e. IBM Cognos, Microsoft BI,Tableau)
- Demonstrated experience in product pricing, profitability analysis and measurement of customer value
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills. Ability to interface effectively with cross functional teams and ability to work independently
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to contribute to multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows operating systems, Office (Word, Outlook), with advanced proficiency in Excel
- A solutions-oriented problem solver
