We are currently seeking a Product Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with Product Owners and cross-functional teams to analyze product performance, gather insights, and support decision-making processes. Your analytical skills will help shape the direction of our products and influence successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Design, build, and deploy the IBP product in a local market, taking full ownership of its delivery.
    • Act as the integrator across all workstreams to ensure smooth collaboration and alignment.
    • Develop and manage the product roadmap, prioritizing features in partnership with Global IBP Product Managers and CoE.
    • Oversee and manage cross-workstream dependencies for seamless execution.
    • Ensure the delivery of a high-quality product, measuring and reporting KPIs for market performance.
    • Engage with key stakeholders, product managers, and business leaders to discuss plans, brainstorm, validate functionality, and address product issues.
    • Collaborate closely with the IBP business owner to align on goals and strategies.
    • Demonstrate a commitment to excellence in product design, delivery, and engineering
Requirements
    • 3+ years of product management with experience creating strategic product roadmaps and working with cross-functional teams in a highly matrixed environment.
    • Experience in Supply Chain is a must 
    • Experience building and launching products from ideation through launch and revision.
    • Strong knowledge and experience in agile methodologies is a Must.
    • Experience working with multiple scrum teams on simultaneous builds
    • IBP, Demand Planning, S&OP or S&OE experience desirable. 
    • CPG experience preferred.
