Do You Make the Cut?

As a Product Analyst, you will play a vital role in the development and optimization of our products. You will be responsible for gathering and analyzing data, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to inform product decisions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, designers, and marketers to drive product improvements and enhancements. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of product lifecycle, and the ability to effectively communicate insights to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Collect and analyze data from various sources including user behavior, market trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to evaluate the impact of product changes.
  • Generate actionable insights by synthesizing data findings and identifying key trends and opportunities.
  • Provide recommendations to product teams based on data-driven insights to optimize product features and functionalities.
  • Monitor product performance metrics and KPIs to track the success of product initiatives.
  • Identify areas of improvement and potential risks, and propose strategies to address them.
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, designers, and marketers to prioritize product enhancements and roadmap initiatives.
  • Communicate findings and insights effectively to cross-functional teams and senior management.
  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to understand user needs, preferences, and behaviors.
  • Translate user feedback into actionable insights to guide product development decisions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in product analytics.
  • Continuously improve analytical techniques and methodologies to enhance the effectiveness of data-driven decision-making.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent from Tier 1/Tier 2 Institutes.
  • 3-5 years of proven experience in product analytics, data analysis, or related field.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and languages such as SQL, Python, R, or similar.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Should have strong startup experience.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies is desirable.
  • Familiarity with product management concepts and practices is a plus.
