Position Summary:

As Product Analyst in Product Analytics, you will fuel our data-driven decisionmaking through creating dashboards, reports, and analyses on product usage and adoption. This role will engage all of our products including iWave, Ascend, and Affinaquest. This is a pivotal role that sits at the intersection of technology, product innovation, and social impact.

What You’ll Do:

  • Deliver Insights: Define and track key product success metrics to inform Product and Engineering decisions on what to build and improve.
  • Build Dashboards: Build new dashboards providing analyses of trends, segmentation, adoption, usage, and risks.
  • Develop Metrics: Collaborate with Product Managers to develop product-level metrics and Engineering to collect the underlying event data to fuel these metrics.
  • Conduct User Research: Gather qualitative user stories to both inform the development of quantitative metrics and provide more context around quantitative trends.
  • Fuel Customer Success: Work closely with Customer Success Ops to provide the underlying data needed to better understand customer journeys.
  • Partner: Partner with Customer Success, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales to ensure broad understanding of products, users, and experience. 

About You - Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience: 2-5 years in a product role, ideally with experience delivering data-driven insights to fuel Product and Engineering teams. Experience working in Agile environments, with a strong understanding of Scrum principles.
  • Salesforce: Working knowledge of Salesforce, ideally App Analytics data.
  • Technical Acumen: Strong technical acumen and the ability to collaborate effectively with engineers.
  • Problem Solving: Strong, detail-oriented  problem solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent Communicator: Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on internal communication across teams.

Bonus Points:

  • Familiarity with CRMs, ERPs, or fundraising technology.

Compensation Range: $100,000–$130,000 CAD base annually, plus bonus, based on experience, market benchmarks, and role complexity. We aim to offer fair, competitive pay that reflects your skills and the market.
