What you’ll do

As an Analyst in Procurement Operation, you will focus on finding and executing automation opportunities within the Non-Merchandizing Procurement Group, helping improve efficiency, accuracy and turnaround time on repeatable tasks, and adding value to the overall operations of the team by finding improvement opportunities in our processes.

  • Automate report generation for operational efficiency as well as reporting consistency and accuracy

  • Identify process improvement opportunities and subsequently design and execute on these initiatives

  • Define metrics to help drive efficiencies for Non-Merchandizing Procurement

  • Work collaboratively within Non-Merchandizing Procurement, internal stakeholders, finance and various business units to design and deliver reports that meet business priorities and adhere to corporate policy

  • Develop the proper definition and tracking of Service Level Agreements for Non-Merchandizing Procurement

  • Design and generate reports to provide visibility and oversight for Non-Merchandizing Procurement management

  • Use industry research services to identify trends and techniques, as well as execute opportunities for procurement cost reduction

  • Provide ad-hoc reporting and analysis for internal stakeholders

  • Perform spend analytics to help drive category management activities

What you bring

  • University degree, College/Technical Institute diploma, or equivalent work experience

  • Three years of working experience in procurement and/or process engineering

  • Demonstrated analytical skills, with experience in data management and report management

  • Working knowledge with coding and AI deployment a plus, ideally have strong experience with Coupa, Oracle PeopleSoft, Excel Macros, Python, PowerBI, PowerAutomate, API connections, data warehousing.

  • Ability to develop credibility and maintain relationships with all levels of management and business partner
