Procurement Coordinator
The Procurement Coordinator will support the S&P Director with expediting S&P scope for preopening and operating Hotels and provide support to procurement and strategic initiatives.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Expediting
- To expedite all UPI products and OS&E within scope to ensure timely arrival to the warehouse or hotel by the due date.
- Report development for Buying team review, and for Owner and Operations summaries.
- To co-ordinate with Accounts Payable provider (Owner or 3PP) to ensure suppliers are paid for expediting purposes.
- To update systems based on warehouse receiving reports.
Information Follow-Up
- Assist in RFX preparation as directed.
- Assist with supplier follow-up activities including but not limited to sample deliveries and to log and coordinate internal review as needed.
- Assist with acquisition of samples when required for various cross-functional teams to review.
Reporting
- Assist with preparation of cost comparisons.
- Assist with preparation of information for e-Procurement systems and reviewing accuracy of vendor inputs.
- Generate reports using eProcurement system.
- Assist with preparation of vendor price increase analysis and communication.
Purchase Orders
- Enter and issue purchase orders in system.
- Prepare and keep all relevant documentation as required.
Administrative/Other
- Filing, scanning, and copying documents.
- Receiving packages and deliveries.
- Other duties as assigned and special projects.
What You Bring:
- College or University degree in Business or related studies.
- 1-2 years of relevant Procurement work experience.
- Proficient user of Microsoft Office, in particular PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
Key Skills/ Who You Are:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills; must be able to write clearly and effectively.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet various shifting deadlines in a very fast-paced environment.
- Analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Flexible and dependable.
This role will be a Hybrid working model, which will require 3 days per week in the Four Seasons Corporate Office located at 1165 Leslie Street, Toronto, Ontario #LI-Hybrid
