The Process Control Administrator is responsible for accurately and efficiently completing process control duties within a team environment within the regulatory guidelines of the Canadian Issuers.
Key Job Functions/Responsibilities
Input large quantities of data, alpha and numeric (in combination) in a timely manner into 3 unique application systems (NAAC, Workbench, Custom Site Wizard).
Proofread confidential legal documents, ensuring the document is 100% free of grammatical errors in addition to ensuring the meaning of the document is preserved.
Report any deficiencies to the appropriate department.
Validate others’ work by reviewing soft copy documents in shared network location.
Transcribe information and audit documentation for grammar, comprehension, and comparison to source document(s).
Evaluate the validity of the documents to be entered, recognizing, and reporting all deficiencies to appropriate departments.
Perform electronic verification of data input by others in the team.
Perform quality control and verification of data that has been input utilizing various reports.
Audit internal coding by viewing on a computer and/or in print.
Complete various duties on company system: Proxy Coding, Quality Control, TP (To Print), e-delivery, and Pre-Billing.
Work with internal company resources (Analysts, Developers, Client Support, Print, Operations, Quality Assurance, etc.) to ensure World Class delivery.
Participate in PDD reviews, UAT, and deployment testing.
Participate in internal presentations.
Overtime is required during the proxy season and other peaks in the year.
Other duties as requested.
Basic Skill Level Requirements
Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Community College Diploma in Business Administration is an asset.
Experience:
Minimum 2 years’ experience as Data Entry Operator
Exposure to database system is an asset
Strong data entry skills on keypad - the majority of the inputting is numeric in combination with alpha entry.
Exposure to a detail-oriented environment
Exposure to financial business operations is preferred.
Demonstrated ability to audit documents, determine appropriate alterations, excellent proofreading skills are key.
Experience in the financial industry is an asset.

Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work in cross-functional environment
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects at one time
Ability to communicate effectively with fellow associates, and other departments
Tools:
Windows environment
All necessary advanced technological tools are provided.
Exposure to database systems is an asset.

Compensation:
Salary Range: $50,000 – 55,000 CAD. Compensation may vary depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
