Secondment/Contract: Duration up to 9 months
Reporting to Distribution Services Management - you will be an important part of a transformative team ensuring accountability, productivity, efficiency, and continuous improvement as it relates to our Logistics Solution provider(s) and through/with internal customers and partners.
Within this role you will provide process analysis advice and recommendations on performance and operational issues and improvements, develop simple to complex operational models to analyze operational processes and performance, analyze operational and process analysis information through periodic reporting, ad hoc studies, and presentations.

About the Role
• Build, maintain, and enhance reports and dashboards to deliver actionable insights to multiple stakeholders.
• Conduct vendor and site audits, inspections, and compliance observations; recommend corrective actions.
• Monitor data streams and operational reports to identify trends, exceptions, and improvement opportunities.
• Ensure data integrity and lead initiatives for accurate and reliable reporting.
• Perform advanced analytics, including process mapping, simulation, benchmarking, and scorecard development.
• Recommend and implement process improvements to reduce costs and enhance customer service.
• Present findings and recommendations through briefing notes, reports, and executive presentations.
• Collaborate with internal teams and provide positive leadership to drive continuous improvement.
• Travel locally to partner sites for oversight, training, and performance reviews.
• Inventory management experience is considered an asset.
About You
• Ability to travel within the GTA.
• Post-secondary education in a related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (advanced Excel functions, PowerPoint, Access) and Power BI.
• Experience with systems such as ROC, SCMe, and Elite is an asset.
• Strong team player with a collaborative mindset.
• General experience in supply chain and logistics operations.
• Comfortable working in warehouse environments.
• Adaptable and change-ready.
