In this role, you will:
  • Manage and develop a Business Growth Strategy team working on developmental strategies for the business within a particular geographic region or portion of a larger business segment to ensure segment specific growth and achievement of financial objectives
  • Negotiate and influence executive management of various sales channels to provide focus, additional product, or sales training to meet market or segment objectives
  • Identify new or emerging channels, as well as resources and intermediaries
  • Develop integrated strategies and programs, as well as execution plans and channel marketing support plans to ensure prompt and effective servicing and processing of new business
  • Make supervisory and tactical decisions related to team supervision, work allocation, and daily operations under direction of Business Growth Strategy functional area management
  • Manage a team of consultants
  • Collaborate and consult with Business Growth Strategy peers, colleagues, consultants, and managers to monitor development of strategic initiatives for business development
  • Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Business Growth Strategy
  • Mentor and guide talent development of direct reports and assist in hiring talent
Required Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of Business Growth Strategy experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 2+ years of Leadership experience
Desired Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Series 7 registration
  • Detailed understanding of the financial services industry. Proven ability to communicate and interface effectively with senior leaders/principals/FAs. Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team.
  • Ability to identify and evaluate trends, isolate root cause, and provide swift and thorough resolution.
  • Excellent time management, project management and presentation skills. Significant knowledge and understanding of the business (i.e. operations, technology offerings, compliance, products, services, etc).
  • Excellent project management skills Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Exceptional process, execution and decision making skills with a high level of personal effectiveness and credibility
  • Effective organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills. A
  • Ability to interact with all levels of an organization.
  • Extensive cross-functional brokerage operations experience.
  • A working knowledge of BETA and Smart Station/workflow.
  • Understanding of the independent advisor business.
Job Expectations:
  • This position offers a hybrid work schedule

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$119,000.00 - $206,000.00
