About Us

We build AI-first, precision-personalized wellbeing products (Digital Twins, Clinical AI, Ai for Schools, and more) that ship as white-label apps across many industries. Your mission: craft jaw-dropping yet accessible experiences that scale across brands, markets, and devices.

What you’ll do

  • Lead strategy → system → flows → UI → motion for 15+ modules across verticals.
  • Create a tokenized Figma system (Variables/Modes) that maps 1:1 to FlutterFlow themes/design library for rapid cloning.
  • Ship micro-interactions and animated feedback with Rive/Lottie that run natively in Flutter.
  • Design ethical gamification loops (progress, streaks, rewards) that drive adherence—no dark patterns.
  • Prototype, test, and validate; ensure WCAG 2.2 compliance and smooth handoff to engineering.
  • Work autonomously with daily WhatsApp updates and a weekly demo/call; build in our Figma.

Must-haves

  • Portfolio proving mind-bending motion + serious system design; expert Figma Variables/Tokens; strong cross-platform craft. Whitelabel apps preferred
  • Fluency with Rive/Lottie and Flutter/FlutterFlow handoff.
  • Accessibility, performance, and testing mindset; comfortable leveraging AI for speed and documentation.
  • Glassmorphic experience (ideally Neomorphic also)

Nice to have
Health/wellness UX; localization; data-viz; audio/haptics; experimentation; liquid glass design style.

Requirements
  • 6–10+ years cross-platform product design; portfolio that clearly shows pioneering motion + systematic design.
  • Expert in Figma Variables/Tokens & component architecture; Flutter/FlutterFlow theming familiarity.
  • Rive/Lottie animation authoring or tight collaboration with motion designers.
  • Accessibility fluency (WCAG 2.2), usability testing, and performance awareness.

Benefits
  • Senior contractors typically $2,500–$4,000/month (range depends on portfolio and throughput).
  • Paid design audition(fixed scope) before engagement.
