  • Experience managing large cross-functional engineering programmes involving hardware, systems, software, and operations teams.
  • Knowledge of systems engineering principles and complex product development processes.
  • Experience supporting productisation, manufacturing readiness, qualification, or production ramp activities.
  • Excellent programme planning, risk management, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence technical and business stakeholders at multiple organisational levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities within highly technical environments.
Desirable
  • Experience within semiconductor, AI infrastructure, high-performance computing, systems, or advanced technology industries.
  • Familiarity with silicon development, board design, systems engineering, manufacturing readiness, or productization processes.
  • Experience supporting geographically distributed engineering teams.
  • Knowledge of Agile, phase-gate, or hybrid engineering development methodologies.
  • Experience implementing program management tools, dashboards, and operational metrics.
