About the Role
The internet is moving beyond simple "Bot Management" and legacy Fraud Detection methods. Application owners need to verify Visitor Integrity (are you who you present as?) and Visitor Trust (assessment of intent). Cloudflare is responsible for providing this intelligence to Customers, while operating in a world where authentic users now utilize AI automations in their genuine workflows, and when adversaries are more advanced than they have ever been.
We are looking for a Sr. Product Manager to own the vision, strategy, and execution of our Adaptive Intelligence Decision Platform, supporting Cloudflare's best-in-class Application Security products. You will guide a newly formed team to build a closed-loop system where every interaction automatically refines our global threat models.
You will:
  • Help build out the strategy, architecture, and User Interface of one of the most ambitious programs in security.
  • Work directly with some of the largest Enterprises in the world to build best-in-class solutions that solve real problems.
  • Help define and guide internal and external thought leadership around the way we think about Ground Truth in an adversarial environment.
  • Work directly with Cloudflare's Data Science team to invent the future of application security, and fraud & abuse detection.
Key Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Technical Program Manager, Data Scientist, Threat Analyst, or equivalent delivering solutions that focus on distilling and deriving insights out of enormous, real time signal sets
  • "Customer focus". At Cloudflare, we serve the needs of customers large and small, and our product managers need to be comfortable understanding how to design for enterprises without compromising the experience for individuals and small businesses.
  • "Adversarial Mindset" - You are accustomed to assuming the Feedback Loop is under attack. You think like a hacker.
  • "Data Fluency" - You can lead teams, not by writing code, but by defining the Outcomes to achieve, while understanding the technical challenges in achieving those Outcomes.
Experience we value
  • Background in AdTech (Real-Time Bidding, Bid Optimization, Attribution, IVT detection)
  • FinTech (Fraud or Risk Engines)
  • Trust & Safety (Abuse Detection, Account Integrity)
  • Active Analytics (Behavioral Modeling, Anomaly Detection, Network Graphing, Sequence Analysis)
