We're seeking a Principal Consultant, Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) to lead end-to-end NetSuite integration projects. If you're a seasoned leader with deep EAI expertise and a passion for driving successful client outcomes, we want to hear from you. You'll report to the Engagement Manager, EAI, and serve as a vital resource for our clients and internal teams.
What You'll Do:
- Lead and mentor integration teams, providing technical and architectural guidance for NetSuite projects
- Design, develop, deploy, and maintain complex integrations across cloud and on-premise systems using platforms like Boomi, Celigo, or OIC
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients to define integration requirements and data mappings
- Manage and optimize existing EDI integrations and SOA architectures
- Ensure alignment of development activities with project scope, schedule, and business objectives
- Perform comprehensive testing and provide go-live support, knowledge transfer, and ongoing assistance to clients
- Communicate complex technical concepts and project updates effectively to all stakeholders, including executives
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience architecting, implementing, and deploying enterprise-level cloud solutions
- 5+ years of consulting or equivalent industry experience
- Required Certification: Celigo Level 4, Boomi (Professional Flow / Professional Developer), or Oracle Cloud Infrastructure 2025 Application Integration Professional
- Strong project management skills with a proven ability to lead large-scale projects
- Expertise in cloud applications such as NetSuite, Salesforce, Amazon, Google, Magento, and Shopify
- Demonstrated leadership and mentoring abilities, including managing technical teams
- Proficiency in business operations (RFP, SOW, margins, utilization)
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with strong client-facing experience
- Robust problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with mature judgment
- Ability to work effectively in a virtual environment and independently
- Strong understanding of SQL and experience with data models/schemas
Desirable Skills:
- NetSuite Certifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Experience with legacy technologies (e.g., FTP, ACH, Fixed width, EDI) and other integration platforms like Mulesoft or Jitterbit
