Qualifications for role: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. 
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a consulting role, with a focus on ERP systems. 
  • Proven track record overseeing ERP implementations for medium to large clients (50 to 500 users). 
  • Advanced NetSuite certifications (e.g., ERP Consultant, SuiteCloud Developer II)
  • Demonstrated ability to lead strategic engagements, drive client relationships, and manage cross-functional teams. 
  • Strong leadership, communication, and facilitation skills with the ability to influence and align executive stakeholders. 
  • Deep understanding of ERP best practices and scalable solution design. 
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for executive-level deliverables and documentation. 

Additional Assets: 

  • Experience directing and mentoring teams across multiple active projects. 
  • Familiarity with enterprise integration architecture and middleware platforms (e.g., Dell Boomi, Celigo). 
  • Experience managing budgets, timelines, and resource allocations in multi-phase ERP rollouts. 
  • Expertise in developing solution governance standards and quality assurance frameworks. 

Essential Duties for role: 

  • Provide strategic oversight for complex NetSuite ERP implementations, ensuring solutions are scalable and aligned with enterprise goals. 
  • Serve as the lead consultant for medium to large clients, owning the overall solution architecture and consulting approach. 
  • Lead high-stakes discovery sessions and executive-level presentations to shape business and technical strategies. 
  • Review and approve solution designs created by other consultants, providing feedback and guidance. 
  • Intervene directly in high-complexity technical or functional tasks when necessary. 
  • Oversee data migration planning and strategy, especially in large or multi-entity client environments. 
  • Ensure alignment between client expectations, project plans, and team deliverables. 
  • Support business development by scoping enterprise projects, contributing to proposals, and guiding pre-sales efforts. 
  • Act as an escalation point for client issues, guiding resolution plans and preserving strategic relationships. 
  • Mentor senior and mid-level consultants, fostering skill development, performance consistency, and long-term growth. 
  • Establish and maintain consulting standards, methodologies, and documentation practices across projects.
