Atlan is building the future of active metadata management, and we're searching for a passionate Software Architect to join our fast-paced team. In this role, you'll be a key player in shaping our product capabilities, advanced features, developer experience, and user experience.

  • Foster a culture of knowledge sharing by mentoring junior engineers and supporting their technical growth.

What Makes You a Match?

  • 10+ years of data engineering experience, with a proven track record of building end-to-end data platforms, including streaming data.
  • A passion for open-source contribution, ideally with experience contributing to Open Source Projects.
  • Expertise in leveraging and optimizing graph databases to visualize data relationships and lineage.
  • Experience with NoSQL data stores such as Cassandra or MongoDB.
  • Proven ability to leverage and optimize search stores like ElasticSearch/Solr or Typesense.
  • Hands-on experience with programming languages like Java, Python, or Scala.
