  • Own a small portfolio of high-value, enterprise accounts (1-2 accounts maximum), driving $XXm ARR deals.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, deeply understanding client needs and translating them into custom solutions leveraging Invisible’s unique capabilities.
  • Drive long sales cycles (12-24 months) with patience and precision, ensuring the client’s evolving needs are consistently met.
  • Lead and coordinate executive business reviews, ensuring alignment on key objectives and outcomes.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Growth, Operations, Technology, Finance, and Marketing) to deliver innovative and impactful solutions.
  • Manage account planning processes and oversee all aspects of client engagement, from identifying opportunities to closing commercial deals.
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction, establishing Invisible as a partner of choice for innovative solutions.
  • Demonstrate leadership capabilities, with the potential to expand into a management role based on results.

What We Need

  • 14+ years of experience in quota-carrying sales or account management roles, ideally within Managed Services, tech-led Professional Services, or B2B SaaS.

  • Strong executive presence and a track record of building trust with C-suite executives at global organizations.
  • Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to present to senior executives and stakeholders.
  • Ability to operate independently with a high degree of autonomy, navigating complex sales cycles and organizational challenges.
  • Proven success in both new business development and account growth strategies.
  • Experience in highly technical environments, with a preference for candidates familiar with AI or advanced technology-driven solutions.
  • Leadership qualities and interest in potentially managing a team in the future.
  • Based in North America.
