What you’ll do
- Support the delivery of category objectives and financial plans by flawlessly executing accurate and timely cost and price changes.
- Manage all changes to landed cost components and ensure dealer split is maintained at all times.
- Ensure all cost changes meet rigorous quality standards and analysis is carried out in order to be able to present Category Business Managers with impacts of cost changes and potential issues with information provided by vendor.
- Support flyer pricing updates by validating regular and promotional prices, as well as discount stories, to ensure accurate flyer price in the weekly flyer.
- Execute timely and accurate price adjustments, ensuring compliance with operational standards and regulatory requirements.
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), driving additional workstreams and fostering collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners to enhance process efficiency and effectiveness.
- Work with Pricing Strategy and Merchandising Teams to understand margin and CI requirements.
- Support pricing process automation initiatives by identifying opportunities to streamline workflows, collaborating with technology teams to implement solutions that improve efficiency and accuracy across pricing operations.
What you bring
- 1-3 years professional working experience in a relevant role
- Strong proficiency of MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Access
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, strong problem-solving skill
- Previous merchandising and/or retail experience is an asset
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced business environment
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with colleagues at various levels of the organization
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
- Agile and innovative individuals, who can manage in an environment of change and ambiguity

Our typical hiring range is between $44,000 and $73,000. Salary decisions are also dependent on other factors such as your experience, job-related knowledge, skills and competencies, market location, industry benchmarks, internal equity and other role-specific requirements.
