We are looking for a Pricing & Monetization Strategy Manager to focus on our {EverPro portfolio of Home Services products}. This role is part of EverPro’s Strategy organization, which drives high-priority strategic initiatives, product packaging and positioning, customer and market research, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver growth across our portfolio of SaaS products.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive the development and ongoing management of pricing strategies, including market research, competitor insights, and customer segmentation across EverPro solutions
  • Manage pricing and monetization models, analyze market trends, and provide actionable insights to senior leadership to shape EverPro’s pricing and monetization direction
  • Identify, size, and prioritize new revenue optimization strategies
  • Oversee pricing and monetization testing, including test prioritization, planning, and measurement (in partnership with data and analytics)
  • Collaborate with strategy, product, sales, marketing, and finance teams to ensure pricing strategies are aligned with the company's overall business objectives and are implemented effectively across all product lines and channels.

Skills and Experience needed for success in this role:

  • 5-8 years experience developing advanced analytics, pricing methodologies, competitive intelligence, and market research and analysis.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams across the organization
  • Strong business and financial acumen
  • Adaptable and quick learner, able to drive outcomes across multiple products and services

Where: USA or Canada.  Minimal travel (1-2x per quarter)
The EverCommerce team is distributed globally, with teams in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Jordan, New Zealand, and Australia. With a widely distributed team, we are used to working remotely across different time zones. This role can be based anywhere in the United States or Canada – if you’re close to one of our offices, we can set you up in-office or you can work 100% remotely. Please note that you must be eligible to work without sponsorship to qualify for this position, and this role may require travel to our Corporate Headquarters in Denver, Colorado, or to other office locations around North America.

Compensation: The target base compensation for this position is $90K to $110K USD per year in most US locations. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including location, local market variances, and candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
