Cox Automotive is seeking a dynamic Pricing Analyst II to join the vAuto team. This role will be responsible for providing pricing recommendations and reviewing pricing on existing vehicles across our portfolio of clients. This is a highly collaborative role requiring partnership with cross functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives. The ideal candidate will leverage strong business acumen and analytical abilities to provide strategic insights and support. The Pricing Analyst II will be able to adapt to changing business needs and priorities, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive approach to problem solving. This role supports some of our largest clients and will directly report to a highly visible team that works together in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The ideal candidate will be comfortable interacting with clients directly, as well as internal stakeholders of all levels.

Compensation:
Compensation includes a base salary of $72,100.00 - $108,100.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Reviewing pricing on individual vehicles and making recommendations to help clients achieve sales targets. This includes being able to justify pricing recommendations directly to senior leaders and clients
- Building and maintaining sales performance reporting
- Analyze and evaluate performance against targets, prior year, and competitors
- Have an ability to analyze large amounts of raw data and then repackage, simplify, and determine key takeaways from the results
- Special projects and ad hoc analysis & reports as needed
QUALIFICATIONS:
- BA/BS degree in quantitative area with 2+ years of business experience and a strong focus in analytics. A candidate may also have a Master's Degree with 1+ year of experience. A non-degreed candidate will have 6+ years of experience
- Strong statistical knowledge and demonstrated ability to solve quantitative problems
- At least 1 year of SQL experience is a must
- Experience with at least 1 Business intelligence software (Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
- Advanced Excel skills (including functions, formulas, shortcuts, pivot tables, lookups, charting/graphing) and command of PowerPoint (design, formatting, charting/graphing)
- Outstanding analytical skills and a high degree of intellectual curiosity
- Strong communication skills
