The On Premise Trade Marketing Manager – LSR (Limited Service Restaurants) is the lead Trade Marketing role for the LSR segment within the Canadian On Premise organization. This national role is responsible for developing and executing the LSR Trade Marketing strategy  and business plan, with the goal of driving reach, consumption and brand engagement across the segment. Working in close partnership with the Key Account team responsible for LSR, this role develops tailored marketing strategies and programs for key customers and builds strong relationships with their respective Marketing teams. The position also serves as the central point of contact for LSR Trade Marketing, collaborating closely with the broader On Premise Marketing team on POS strategy, business planning, execution and reporting.  

Job Description

STRATEGIST 

Translate business priorities, consumer insights, customer needs and sales performance into clear Trade Marketing strategy for the LSR segment. 

Lead the development of the annual LSR segment business plan  in close collaboration with the On Premise Key Account team and in alignment with Director, On Premise Marketing.  

Lead the development of the annual On Premise Customer Sell Deck, establishing a compelling marketing narrative and platform to support Joint Business Planning with key customers. 

Develop tailored marketing strategies and programs for key customers that support shared business objectives and drive reach, consumption and brand engagement.  

Lead the annual development and alignment of Joint Business Plans across LSR Key Accounts, in close collaboration with the On Premise Key Account Team. 

 

EXECUTOR 

Build strong, direct relationships with Marketing teams of key LSR customers and lead the development and execution of joint marketing programs and initiatives. 

Develop Trade Marketing tools and POS creative based on consumer, customer and business insights and according to Red Bull brand & On Premise standards. 

Own the product and POS strategy the LSR segment, including Key Accounts, in close collaboration with the broader On Premise Marketing team. 

Partner with external agencies and the Brand Marketing team to bring national product and occasion strategies to life within LSR. 

Collaborate with the Global LSR Trade Marketing team to adapt relevant programs, Trade Marketing tools and POS creatie for the Canadian market.  

Manage LSR Trade Marketing initiatives from strategy and briefing through execution, measurement and optimization. 

Own the product and POS strategy and implementation into the field for On Premise accounts, including Key Accounts.   

Develop & implement tailored strategies for key customers that drive sales alongside the sales team. 

 

COACH, AMBASSADOR & MANAGER 

Act as the Trade Marketing contact and subject-matter expert for the LSR segment within the Canadian On Premise organization.  

Serve as the Canadian counterpart to the Global LSR Trade Marketing team, representing the needs and priorities of the Canadian business.  

Develop and share LSR insights, learnings and best practices across the On Premise organization.  

Provide accurate and timely reporting for On Premise LSR initiatives, including program performance, key learnings and recommendations. 

Build effective relationships across the On Premise Key Account and Marketing teams, Brand Marketing, Off Premise Sales team (E-Commerce), and other relevant internal & external partners. 

Qualifications

4+ years in trade marketing in Trade Marketing or a related commercial marketing role, preferably within Limited Service Restaurants or On Premise Key Accounts. 

Proven experience developing business plans, customer strategies and integrated marketing programs that drive measurable business results.  

Strong understanding of the consumer goods industry, Trade Marketing principles and relevant consumer and customer trends.  

Exceptional planning and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.  

Strong analytical capabilities, with the ability to translate sales and performance data into actionable insights and recommendations.  

Excellent communication, collaboration and relationship-building skills, with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently.  

Bachelor’s degree in marketing & sales or economical background.

Fluent in English, bilingual in French a strong asset.

Additional Information

The expected annual base salary range for this position is $98,515 to $108,885. The actual base salary for this position will depend on various factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s qualifications, skills, experience and work location. This position is also eligible for an annual bonus in accordance with the terms of Red Bull’s bonus plan.
