Company Description

As the On Premise analyst your main responsibilities will include performing analyses and providing recommendations to support the Red Bull Canada On Premise team. You will also understand essential business opportunities by gathering data, conducting analysis, and interpreting data while concurrently developing and streamlining KPIs, dashboards, scorecards, and reporting.

As part of our broader strategy around data you will be expected to act as a champion of a data-driven culture at Red Bull which could mean delivering training, implementing best practices to ensure quality, or presenting your work to leadership.

Job Description

REPORT DEVELOPMENT AND DATA MAINTENANCE 

Develop On Premise based reports and dashboards for key stakeholders in the organization.

Develop high quality reports by utilizing the Red Bull Canada tool stack including SAP Sales Analytics Cloud, Power BI, Tableau, Microsoft Excel.

Establish best practice reporting for the On Premise team including standardized report backend data structures and data standardization between On Premise systems/tools.

Maintain reporting standards established by the Red Bull Canada Commercial Data team, while providing feedback to apply insights and enhance tracking and reporting capabilities.

Provide training to end-users on use of reports.

Identify ways to simplify and improve reporting.

Work directly with business stakeholders, challenge the status quo and focus on quality & consistency of data.

ON PREMISE ANALYSIS AND DATA DRIVEN RECOMMENDATIONS

Analyze On Premise reporting to determine causes for increases and decreases in execution, distribution, and volume.

Provide/present applicable recommendations to On Premise stakeholders to increase business growth that is rooted in analysis.

Work with key On Premise stakeholders at total Red Bull Canada and regional levels to understand important business drivers and analytical needs.

ON PREMISE DATA SOURCE KNOWLEDGE

Be a subject matter expert for Red Bull Canada On Premise related systems/tools including GET, BI Master Data, Encompass.

Consolidate and standardize On Premise partner data for Sales Data Velocity reporting.

Own the transition/enhancement of On Premise data tools.

Qualifications

Bachelor or MS degree in Business, Quantitative Science or related field.

1 or more years of analytical experience. Experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry is a plus.

Ability to translate raw data to insights and recommendations to both internal and external stakeholders.

Organizational skills are a must: ability to prioritize, multitask, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Experience using data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker or Power BI.

Experience using data manipulation and wrangling tools to aggregate unstructured data from multiple sources.

Experience with SQL or other query language.

Prior working experience in statistical modelling software packages (e.g., R or Python) would be a nice to have.
