What You’ll Be Doing

You will join the Enterprise Technology  - Intelligent Automation team. As a Power Platform Consultant, you will be working in a hybrid and agile environment with scrum master, PM, BA, and QA to advise, develop, and support IA Processes for different lines of business. You’ll broaden your technical skills and help build the bank’s futuristic IA processes.

How You’ll Succeed

  • Drive Scalable Automation Solutions –You design automation solutions that ate not just functional but scalable, reusable and aligned with enterprise architecture standards, enabling long term value across multiple LOB
  • Establish strong governance practices - You implement and enforce clear governance frameworks, including design reviews, environment strategies and DLP policies, ensuring consistent and risk free platform usage.
  • Act as trusted advisor - You build relationships with business and technology stakeholders, guiding them toward the right automation approach (Power platform vs RPA vs Hybrid).
  • Drive platform adoption - You contribute to growing power platform adoption across the organization while improving platform maturity through standards, reusable assets and best practices.
  • Systems Implementation - Conduct the technical design, development, and integration of cross functional, multi-platform application systems.
  • Continuously improve and innovate - You can stay ahead of emerging capabilities (e.g. Copilot, AI builder, new connectors) and bring innovative ideas to enhance automation capabilities within organization.

Who You Are

  • You can demonstrate 4-6 years of experience in application development and intelligent automation, with deep, hand-on expertise in Microsoft Power platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot, Dataverse) and strong experience with enterprise-grade implementations. You are go to technical expert who understands the platform inside out, including advance capabilities. you have proven experience in designing and implementing scalable secure solutions leveraging APIs, custom connectors and Azure services along with strong knowledge of DevOps/ALM practices for Power platform. You are comfortable troubleshooting complex issues, enabling other teams, and driving bet practices across organization.
