Summary
This role will be responsible for the adminisitration of the plant reporting focused on Power BI and various other softwares.
Primary responsibilities
- Update existing Power BI/MS apps (Office 365)dashboards daily
- Develop new Power BI/MS apps (Office 365) dashboards with direction from Operations
- Modify/improve existing Power BI/MS apps (Office 365)
- Work with production and process personnel to identify existing data sources for gaps and collate information for automation
- Sites supported would be Canadian (WB, then AB) with possible US support later on.
- Minor travel may be required
- Supporting move to paperless with electronic recordkeeping
- Other duties as required
Experience /Qualifications
- Demonstrated computer proficiency Microsoft
- Power BI/MS apps (Office 365) existing or ability to train quickly
- Data driven person
- Desire to streamline and improve – continuous improvement focus
- Oracle/JDE experience a plus
- Must work on site
