Job Description

INTRODUCTION:

Job Overview: The Post-Sales System Analyst supports the post-sales process by assisting in the analysis and optimization of systems and workflows to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. This is a great opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional to gain hands-on experience working closely with sales, customer service, and IT teams to enhance processes and improve the overall customer experience.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Assist in analyzing post-sales processes and systems to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with sales, customer service, and IT teams to support solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to post-sales activities with guidance from senior team members.
  • Help maintain documentation for post-sales processes and systems.
  • Provide support and training to staff on post-sales systems and workflows as needed.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new post-sales initiatives and projects.
  • Assist in conducting regular checks and audits of post-sales systems to ensure compliance with policies.
  • Troubleshoot and help resolve basic issues related to post-sales systems and processes with oversight.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

·Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Systems, or a related field preferred.

·Strong interest in systems analysis and optimization.

·Eagerness to learn and develop analytical and problem-solving skills.

·Excellent communication and organizational skills.

·Basic familiarity with Salesforce CRM or the willingness to learn

  • FinancialForce / PSA and Gainsight experience is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Please note that the salary information shown below is a general guideline only and based on employees in Canada and may be different in other countries. Salaries are based upon candidate experience, qualifications, and location, as well as market and business considerations. Our pay range for Canada based candidates for this position is $47,000 -- $58,200 CAD annually. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process. Also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation such as bonuses and commissions.
