Position Summary:
The Project Manager (PM) is a role within the Project Management Office (PMO), responsible for leading and delivering multiple concurrent projects and strategic initiatives across the organization. This role serves as a trusted partner to business leaders, executive sponsors, and cross-functional teams, ensuring projects are aligned with organizational priorities and deliver measurable business value.
The Project Manager owns all aspects of project delivery, from initiation through implementation and post-project closure, while providing leadership in project governance, risk management, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement. The role requires strong business acumen, the ability to manage competing priorities, and experience leading complex projects in a matrixed environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Leadership & Delivery
• Lead the end-to-end delivery of multiple concurrent projects of varying size, complexity, and strategic importance.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, milestones, budgets, resource plans, and deliverables.
• Establish clear project scope, objectives, success measures, and governance frameworks.
• Drive project execution while ensuring deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Manage project interdependencies and proactively address barriers to successful delivery.

Stakeholder Management & Communication
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned projects and provide strategic guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead project meetings, steering committee sessions, workshops, and stakeholder reviews.
• Deliver clear and concise project updates, executive summaries, dashboards, and presentations to leadership.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment on priorities, timelines, risks, and outcomes.
PMO Process Support
• Ensure projects comply with PMO standards, methodologies, governance frameworks, and best practices.
• Participate in project intake, prioritization, and portfolio planning activities.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance PMO processes, tools, reporting, and project delivery capabilities.
Risk, Issue & Change Management
• Identify project risks and assist in developing mitigation strategies.
• Track and escalate issues as needed to project leadership.
• Support change request tracking and impact assessment.
Reporting & Performance Management
• Monitor project performance using KPIs, milestones, budgets, and success metrics.
• Prepare and deliver project and portfolio status reports for leadership and stakeholders.
• Track project benefits realization and measure achievement of business outcomes.
• Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support leadership decision-making.
Qualifications:
Required
• 8-12 years of progressive project management experience, including management of multiple concurrent projects.
• Demonstrated experience leading medium-to-large, cross-functional projects in complex organizational environments.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery approaches.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment across business and technical teams.
• Excellent written, verbal, presentation, facilitation, and executive communication skills.
Preferred
• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification.
• Experience working within a PMO or enterprise portfolio management environment.
• Experience with project portfolio and work management tools such as Monday.com, Smartsheet, Jira, or similar platforms.
• Experience leading projects involving process improvement, technology implementations, organizational change, or operational transformation.
