At RAVL, we connect strategy with execution, care deeply about the people we work with, and measure success by the lasting impact we leave behind. Our purpose is to build a team that puts real, sustainable business outcomes at the core of everything we do.
We’re here to leave our clients better than we found them, and to create a place where our people are proud to Build. Better.
As a Platform Engineer at RAVL, you’ll design and deliver the platforms, infrastructure, and automation that power modern engineering teams. You’ll bring deep technical skill, curiosity, and pragmatism - building cloud-native environments that enable velocity, security, and reliability at scale. You’ll automate everything possible, codify environments, and make continuous delivery a reality for RAVL and our clients.

- Develop and maintain infrastructure-as-code (IaC) using tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or Pulumi
- Implement CI/CD pipelines, automating builds, testing, and deployments for consistency and speed
- Enable observability and resilience through logging, monitoring, tracing, and alerting solutions
- Collaborate with software, data, and security engineers to define standards and improve developer experience
- Champion automation-first approaches to configuration management, provisioning, and compliance
- Demonstrate ownership of environments - anticipating issues, communicating risks, and resolving problems early
- At higher levels: mentor peers, influence architecture, and set standards for operational excellence and security

- Understanding of networking, identity, and security concepts across cloud environments
- Comfort operating across automation, scripting, and DevOps tooling (Bash, Python, PowerShell, or Go)
- Consulting excellence: proactive communication, adaptability, and structured problem solving
Mindset Traits
- Delivery-first – focuses on making progress visible and impactful
