About Kinetic Labs

At Kinetic Labs, we stand at the intersection of cutting-edge technology, genuine human connection, and specialized care for active individuals. We've built a modern healthcare experience where data-driven approaches enhance rather than replace the human touch, helping people get back to what moves them.

Our clinic combines evidence-based treatments with personalized attention to provide comprehensive care. We use advanced assessment and recovery tools to evaluate movement patterns and tailor treatments to each client's specific activities, goals, and recovery needs.

About the Role

As a Registered Physiotherapist at Kinetic Labs, you’ll play a central role in helping clients build long-term movement health. You’ll work within a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment alongside chiropractors and massage therapists to deliver thoughtful, hands-on care that’s backed by evidence and supported by technology.

You’ll use tools like 3D motion capture, force dynamometry and more to measure progress, inform decisions, and give your clients real insight into their recovery. You’ll help design phased treatment plans that address root causes – not just symptoms – and build longterm strategies for recovery, performance and injury prevention.

Our clinic is built for clients who value transparency and agency over their recovery journey and for practitioners who value teamwork, autonomy and continuous learning. You’ll have the opportunity to lead case discussions, space client experiences and contribute to the development of a modern, human-first rehab model.

Primary Job Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and design systematic treatment plans

  • Provide hands-on care, mobilizations, soft tissue therapy and exercise guidance as appropriate.

  • Collaborate closely with chiropractors and RMTs to support integrative care

  • Maintain accurate client records and track clinical outcomes

  • Assist in designing and refining new clinical protocols and services

Communication and Collaboration

  • Coordinate seamlessly with multidisciplinary therapists to support shared client goals

  • Lead clinical discussion and mentorship sessions as needed

  • Engage thoughtfully with clients – explaining treatment plans, answering questions and empowering them to take ownership of their movement health

  • Contribute insights from data, outcomes and client feedback to drive operational and clinical improvements.

Brand Experience

At Kinetic Labs, we don’t just provide care - we shape it. As a physiotherapist here, you represent our core values in every client interaction and every clinical decision:

  • Raise the Bar – You deliver thoughtful, personalized treatment that reflects the latest in movement science and clinical best practice.

  • Give a Damn – You show up fully – for your client, your teammates and your craft.

  • Evidence, Not Assumptions – You use tools, outcomes and feedback to guide decisions – not guesswork.

  • Make Healthcare Pleasant – You create a space where clients feel seen, supported and motivated.

About You

  • Registered Physiotherapist licensed in Ontario.

  • Deliver high-quality, evidence-based, client-centered care.

  • Strong interest in integrating advanced tools such as biomechanical screening, pain science, blood flow restriction (BFR), reactive light training and more into clinical practice.

  • Comfortable applying strength, conditioning, and exercise principles in treatment.

  • Growth mindset with a desire to lead in clinical practice and education.

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to manage and build a caseload effectively.

  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of physiotherapists, chiropractors, and massage therapists.

  • Participate in community events, presentations, and outreach activities.

What We Offer

  • A collaborative, engaging environment with clinical and business growth pathways.

  • Regular team education sessions and structured mentorship with senior therapists.

  • Access to Physio-Network (Masterclass, Practicals, Case Studies).

  • Cloud-based EMR (Jane app), exercise prescription, and treatment planning software.

  • AI-powered documentation tools to reduce paperwork and free up more time for client care.

  • Work with cutting-edge technology, including 3D markerless motion capture and force dynamometry.

  • Fully equipped gym and free shared staff parking.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Competitive compensation and bonus structure as either a contractor or employee

  • Health and wellness benefits

  • Continuing education allowance

  • Discounted access to clinic services

  • Supportive, people-first culture where your contributions are valued

Inclusion and Equal Opportunity Employment

At Kinetic Labs, we’re committed to creating a space where everyone feels safe, respect and supported. We welcome applicants from all backgrounds, identities and lived experience. We believe a diverse team leads to better outcomes - for our clients, our business and our community.
