We are currently seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to join our Performance Marketing Team in Toronto. This role involves collaborating closely with our global teams in EMEA and APAC to drive strategic growth initiatives and help scaling Clio’s international growth through paid marketing channels.

You are a results-driven performance marketing professional with a proven history of delivering data-driven, impactful campaigns. You excel at using analytics to uncover insights and improve performance. You are a skilled collaborator, able to work cross-functionally across time zones. You are known for your organizational and communication skills, you manage multiple priorities effortlessly. What you’ll work on:

  • Paid Search (SEM)  
    • Execute  on Global SEM strategy, building and optimizing campaigns within Google Ads and Bing Ads platforms 

    • Work with International Teams (EMEA, APAC)  contributing to their monthly, quarterly, and annual plans. 

    • Manage channel budgets daily, ensuring alignment with performance goals.

    • Build and edit landing pages using WordPress

    • Provide weekly reporting of KPIs and performance metrics.
       

  • Paid Social (Meta, LinkedIn)  

    • Implement Core and Global Paid Social strategies, managing campaigns on platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

    • Create lead gen forms within ad platforms and integrate them with tools such as Marketo or Workato.

    • Collaborate with international teams (EMEA, APAC) to support their strategic plans.

    • Manage budgets daily and deliver weekly performance reports.
       

  • Data & Measurement 

    • Analyze all aspects of Clio's marketing funnel and identify the largest areas of improvement to implement strategies to capitalize on these opportunities.

    • Develop innovative marketing ideas using research and data insights.

    • Provide insights and actionable recommendations through regular reporting. 

What you may have:

  • 3+ years paid marketing experience using Facebook, LinkedIn, Google Ads platforms (including Google Ads editor)

  • 1+ year experience managing budgets (five figures monthly)

  • 1+ year in a B2B environment (driving MQLs for a sales team)

  • Experience using a project management platform such as Asana

  • Experience using CMS page builders such as WordPress

  • Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM tools

Serious bonus points if you have:

  • Experience collaborating with global teams

  • Working knowledge of 3rd party tags and Google Tag Manager

  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools such as Marketo

The full salary range* for this role is $76,500 to $90,000 to $103,500 CAD.Please note there are a separate set of salary bands for other regions based on local currency.

In addition, this role is eligible for variable pay that is based on company performance, with actual payout amounts calculated and paid on a quarterly basis.

*We aim to hire all candidates between the minimum and the midpoint of the full salary range. We reserve the midpoint to the maximum of the salary band for internal employees who demonstrate sustained high performance and impact at Clio. The final offer amount for this role will be dependent on individual experience and skillset of the candidate. Please note there are a separate set of salary bands for other regions based on local currency.
